Certain features — such as department administration, legislative management, and civilian complaint processing — require an account and are restricted to authorized personnel.

You are solely responsible for all actions performed under your account. Do not share your login credentials or session access with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, report it to a government administrator immediately. You are responsible for keeping your linked Discord and Roblox accounts in good standing.

This portal is to be used for its intended government and community purposes only. You may not use this portal to harass, target, or harm other individuals — in-game or otherwise. Submitting false information through any form on this portal (civilian complaints, recruitment applications, tips, etc.) is prohibited and may result in removal from the community.

Legislative records, bills, senate session records, department information, and senator statistics are publicly accessible. These records are intentionally public. You may not misrepresent, falsify, or tamper with public records visible on this portal.

Access to administrative features of this portal is restricted to individuals explicitly authorized by platform administrators. Attempting to access restricted areas without authorization, or exploiting vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access, is prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access.

Internal government data, records, investigations, and system details made accessible through authorized access are confidential. Leaking or disclosing confidential platform data to unauthorized individuals is prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the community.

All users must comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards at all times while using this portal. Actions taken through this platform that violate Roblox policies remain subject to Roblox enforcement in addition to platform-level consequences.

Impersonating a government official, administrator, or any other individual within this portal is prohibited. This includes misrepresenting your rank, department, or role when interacting with government services.

Government administrators reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke portal access for any violation of these terms, without prior notice. Severity of violations is assessed at administrator discretion. Enforcement may also extend to action within the broader State of Mayflower community.
